Projekt GUSTI donosi kulinarske radionice u Gospić

U sklopu projekta GUSTI, 9. i 10. rujna održavaju se kulinarske radionice koje će voditi chefica Endrina Muqaj, pobjednica prošle sezone MasterChefa.

Prvi dan donosi teorijski dio o održivoj prehrani, lokalnim i sezonskim namirnicama, smanjenju otpada od hrane i održivom gastro-turizmu, dok je drugi dan rezerviran za praktični dio u kojem će se sudionici uključiti u pripremu odabranog recepta, uz zajedničku degustaciju na kraju.

9. i 10. rujna 2026. 10:00 – 13:00 Razvojni centar Ličko-senjske županije, Pazariška 36, Gospić Radionice se održavaju u sklopu projektne aktivnosti D.3.1.2. – Kulinarske radionice projekta GUSTI, sufinanciranog putem Interreg IT-HR 2021-2027 programa.

📢 Join us for the GUSTI Dissemination Webinar on Collected Knowledge and Practices!
Over the past months, the GUSTI project has explored sustainable tourism practices through three cross-border Study Visits across Italy and Croatia. Now it's time to share the knowledge, experiences and good practices collected along the way.
During the webinar, participants will discover the Guidelines on Collected Knowledge and Practices, developed on the basis of the experiences, lessons learned and best practices identified throughout the project. The event will also provide an opportunity to explore how these practices can be transferred and applied in different destinations.

🇪🇺✨ The Taste the Destination journey in Veneto has come to an end!

From Noventa Padovana to Abano Terme, Este and Piove di Sacco, “Taste the Destination – Territori in Azione” has brought the GUSTI approach to life through four different territorial experiences focused on sustainable tourism, local identity and community participation.

Developed within the GUSTI Project through the collaboration of project partners CESCOT Veneto and Spinlife, the pathway connected communities, businesses, institutions, young people and local stakeholders to explore new ways of experiencing and promoting local destinations.

🌿 The final stage, “Unlock the Destination”, took place at Agriturismo Corte Zecchina, where participants discovered the Valle Millecampi through an experiential treasure hunt, local food and shared activities.

👥 The event also marked the conclusion of the journey involving students from Smart Innovation School, who took part in territorial residencies, field activities and exchanges with researchers, businesses and professionals throughout the different stages.

The goal? To move beyond talking about sustainable tourism and community engagement and put them into practice.

Four territories. Different experiences. New connections. And a growing network of people working together for the future of their destinations. 💚

Taste the Destination in Veneto ends here, but the connections and ideas created along the way are only the beginning.

🔓 Unlock the Destination!
The Taste the Destination – Territori in Azione pathway is coming to its final stop in the Veneto Region (Italy) with Unlock the Destination, the concluding event of this territorial activation journey developed by CESCOT Veneto within the Interreg Italy–Croatia GUSTI Project.
📍 Piove di Sacco (Italy)

The event will bring together local communities, businesses and stakeholders for an experiential afternoon featuring a territorial treasure hunt, local food tastings and activities designed to discover the natural and cultural heritage of the Valle Millecampi.
👥 The event also marks the conclusion of a two-day territorial residency involving students from Smart Innovation School. Through e-bike field visits, workshops on Slow Tourism with Spinlife, and direct interaction with local stakeholders, students have explored innovative approaches to sustainable tourism and destination development while actively contributing to the organisation of the final public event.
🎟️ The event is already fully booked, confirming the strong interest generated by the Taste the Destination pathway and its participatory approach to local development.
As the final stage of this journey, Unlock the Destination celebrates the collaboration between communities, young people, businesses and institutions that has characterised the GUSTI activities in Veneto over the past months.

🕵️ A mystery. A community. A destination brought to life.
The third stage of "Taste the Destination – Territori in Azione" has successfully taken place in Este (Veneto Region, Italy) as part of the Interreg Italy–Croatia GUSTI Project.
Hosted at Salumificio Giovanni Fontana, the sold-out mystery dinner brought together citizens, local businesses, institutions and stakeholders in an immersive experience combining territorial storytelling, local gastronomy and community engagement.
👥 The event also marked the conclusion of a two-day territorial residency involving students from Smart Innovation School working alongside VenicePromex, Spin Life, who explored sustainable tourism, destination storytelling and local development through workshops, meetings with stakeholders and field activities.
A big thank you to Associazione Este in Centro, In.Colli Show Tour, Salumificio Giovanni Fontana and all the local partners who contributed to making this experience possible.
