EPIC FCSI EAME Liverpool – A Truly Special Experience

I’ve just returned from the EPIC FCSI meeting in Liverpool, and I can honestly say it was an experience of inspiration, collaboration, and support unlike any other.

What made it so special? Perhaps it was the fact that, together, we allowed ourselves to be positively “contaminated” by new ideas, different perspectives, and a shared commitment to creating something innovative, meaningful, and unique.

I am proud to be part of this incredible group of young professionals. This gathering felt like the first brick in what will surely become an exciting and impactful journey.

Who are the young consultants of our industry?
What do we want to create?
What tools do we need to increase our visibility and develop solutions that truly add value?

One thing is certain: our greatest opportunity right now is knowledge sharing and collaboration.

The energy, passion, and willingness to support each other that I experienced in Liverpool confirmed that we are building something important together.

We are an exceptional group, and this is only the beginning.

Today in Istanbul, together with , we met our client for a brand-new, exciting opening in Antalya—right in the city’s most in neighborhood. 🔥🌴

We got straight to work: with our partner we installed a M9 double-vat GAS fryer, delivered a first training session, and then supported the team step by step to build recipes, fine-tune production, and optimize workflow. The goal? A strong, consistent setup from day one. 💪🍟

And while Antalya is getting ready… we can already say it: a new star is coming to Istanbul. ⭐️
They’re on their way! 🚀
