Ci permette di regolare l’irradiazione solare, arieggiare i frutti e guidare l’energia della vite, affinché venga convogliata verso i grappoli e non sprecata nelle foglie. Nell’allevamento a alberello preferiamo l’accollanatura alla cimatura. I tralci più lunghi vengono piegati e intrecciati manualmente, talvolta con la vite più vicina. Questa tecnica crea un ombrello naturale che protegge i grappoli dal sole e rallenta la crescita vegetativa senza lo shock del taglio, garantendo una maturazione perfetta dell’uva.

In our bush-trained vineyards, we prefer accollanatura over hedging. The longer shoots are manually bent and interwoven, sometimes with the neighboring vine, creating a natural umbrella that protects the grape clusters from the sun and slows down vegetative growth without the shock of cutting, ensuring perfect grape ripening.
