Everything in place. Almost time.

A whole year of work, care and anticipation has led to this moment. The vineyards are nearly there, the cellar is waiting, and we’re already at the starting line.

Harvest begins in just a few days, and we can hardly wait. 🍇

A little throwback to our team outing! ⛏️🍷

Our team excursion took us to the historic Prettau copper mine, where we swapped vines for tunnels, sunshine for helmets and, of course, wasted no time getting to work ourselves. 😉

With temperatures soaring in the vineyards, we decided to head somewhere a little cooler — underground!

A great day spent discovering something completely different, sharing a few laughs and enjoying time together away from our daily routines.

Because good teamwork is not only built in the vineyard and cellar — sometimes it happens deep inside a mountain.

Bâtonnage: Work on the Fine Lees

Bâtonnage comes from the French bâton – the stick. It refers to the gentle stirring of the fine lees. This technique often gives wines richness and creaminess. At Manincor, we use it with restraint. The lees protect and shape the wine, while fruit and origin remain clearly recognisable. The result is a style of clarity, elegance and unspoiled vitality.
