“Chi semina utopia, raccoglie realtà.” 🍇🌿Ricordiamo così il grande Carlo “Carlin” Petrini, un uomo che ha cambiato la storia della nostra terra, che sapeva sognare, costruire e ispirare. Ha dato voce e dignità al mondo contadino, insegnandoci che dietro ogni prodotto autentico c’è la Terra, ci sono mani, famiglie, comunità e saperi. In questo video del 2011, lo ricordiamo esattamente com’era: un trascinatore straordinario e coinvolgente, capace di unire le persone con energia ed empatia. Qui lo vediamo nella nostra cantina, mentre canta la sua canzone preferita, Cielito Lindo, insieme agli studenti dell’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche.

He gave voice and dignity to the peasant world, teaching us that behind every authentic product there is the Earth, there are hands, families, community and knowledge. In this 2011 video, we remember him exactly as he was: an extraordinary and engaging man, capable of uniting people with energy and empathy. Here we see him in our cellar, singing his favourite song, Cielito Lindo, together with the students of the University of Gastronomic Sciences.

Analizziamo l’etichetta:

ROERO RISERVA DOCG: è la DENOMINAZIONE, che indica la zona geografica di origine del vino nel rispetto di uno specifico disciplinare di produzione. Il Roero si trova nel sud del Piemonte.
Vitigno: 100% ARNEIS, uva autoctona piemontese.
RENESIO INCISA: è il nome del cru, ovvero il vigneto da cui provengono le uve utilizzate per produrre questo vino, una parcella di 1.5 ettari nel Comune di Canale.
