Today we spread horn manure 500, which has an important impact on the fertility of the soil.
In our video you will see the dynamization of the horn manure before it is distributed on our vineyards by pumps with copper containers.

Oggi abbiamo distribuito il preparato 500, che ha un ruolo fundamentale per la fertilità del terreno. Nel nostro video potrete vedere la dinamizzazione del preparato che poi sarà spargito nei vigneti attraverso pompe a scala con contenitori di rame.

Even though it was just a small quantity, we officially started the 'VENDEMMIA 2025' (wine harvest) last week with the harvest of our 'Gewürztraminer'.

Did you know that 'Gewürztraminer' is a pink skinned white grape variety and the word 'Gewürz' is actually of German origin. It could be translated as 'spice'.
The name 'Traminer' is derived from the small South Tyrolean village 'Tramin' (Termeno in Italian).
