We started with gnocchi, learning all the little tricks and techniques you need to be able to make them at home — because that’s what matters most to me.
And of course, having fun along the way! I hope you’re enjoying learning, cooking and discovering all these little secrets with me. ❤️

We started the full immersion cooking program through the Tuscan countryside, gathering wild herbs along the way. 🌿
After such an incredibly hot and dry summer, nature was definitely more generous in some places than others… but we still managed to find a few treasures!
And honestly, the walk itself was worth it. The Lucca hills are simply beautiful, with their woods, paths and breathtaking views 🤍🇮🇹

Our Full Immersion Cooking began with scialatielli all’Amatriciana, followed by warm Tomino cheese with honey and a fresh wild-field salad.
And to finish, a delicious Sicilian cassata ice cream — the perfect sweet ending to our first evening together.
Good food, good w**e, and a beautiful table… the best way to begin a few days of cooking, sharing and enjoying Tuscany. 🇮🇹✨
