Franciacorta Demi Sec: il nuovo gusto dolce di Centinari

Il nuovo Demi Sec completa la gamma Centinari introducendo un’interpretazione della Franciacorta dolce, morbida ed avvolgente.

Si affianca al Brut ed al Dosage Zéro, ha un color giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati.

Dal profumo floreale con note di frutta matura, ha un gusto morbido ed un perlage sottile ed abbondante.

Nasce il nuovo Centinari Franciacorta Dosage Zéro Millesimato 2021
Un nuovo Centinari Franciacorta entra a far parte della gamma.

Al fianco dei nostri Rosé e Satèn, nasce anche la versione millesimata del Dosage Zéro.

Da una stagione complessa, quella del 2021, segnata da una primavera fredda ed un’estate piovosa, che ha rallentato lo sviluppo della vite. Tra gelate primaverili e rese naturalmente più contenute, la vigna ha restituito uve caratterizzate da freschezza e profondità.

Ricco di sentori fruttati e floreali, dalle note di crosta di pane.
Il gusto è sapido, intenso ed estremamente equilibrato.

A new Centinari Franciacorta joins the range.

Alongside our Rosé and Satèn, we are also launching the vintage version of the Dosage Zéro.

From a complex growing season, that of 2021, marked by a cold spring and a rainy summer, which slowed the vines’ development. Amidst spring frosts and naturally lower yields, the vineyard produced grapes characterised by freshness and depth.
Rich in fruity and floral aromas, with notes of bread crust.

The palate is savoury, intense and extremely well-balanced.

Tra i filari che disegnano le colline di Gussago, La Santissima si impone con naturale eleganza. Qui la storia ha stratificato il suo passaggio: dai Domenicani del Trecento alle trasformazioni agricole, che hanno reso queste terre vocate alla vite.

Furono proprio i monaci a organizzare i terreni e ad affinare le prime tecniche di produzione del vino, rendendo la viticoltura parte integrante del territorio.
Da questa eredità nasce l’identità della Franciacorta.

Centinari affonda le proprie radici in queste colline e ne interpreta l’equilibrio con uno stile contemporaneo, essenziale, fedele all’origine.

Un panorama che non è solo bellezza, ma racconto vivo di un territorio e del suo vino.

Amidst the rows of vines that trace the contours of the Gussago hills, La Santissima stands out with natural elegance. Here, history has left its mark: from the 14th-century Dominicans to the agricultural transformations that have made these lands ideal for viticulture.

It was the monks themselves who organised the land and refined the earliest wine-making techniques, making viticulture an integral part of the region.
From this legacy springs the identity of Franciacorta.

Centinari has its roots in these hills and interprets their balance with a contemporary, essential style, faithful to its origins.
