Un territorio che mitiga le stagioni grazie alla vicinanza del mare creando un particolare microclima. From Monday to Saturday 08.30-12.00, 14.00-18.00

L'azienda agricola Bortolusso da diversi anni ha iniziato a dare sempre maggiore importanza e cura ai vigneti di proprietà cercando di ottenere uve sempre in grado di esprimere prodotti finali tipici ma anche originali con alcune operazioni essenziali quali concimazioni organiche, trattamenti antiparassitari minimi e comunque mirati a prevenire eventuali problemi con costante monitoraggio dei vigneti.

La Malvasia è ormai vicina al suo momento.

I grappoli hanno accompagnato tutta l’estate tra sole, vento e giornate trascorse ad osservare la vigna. Ora la maturazione entra nella sua fase finale e l’attesa della vendemmia si fa sempre più breve.

Ancora gli ultimi giorni, poi sarà il momento di raccogliere ciò che la natura ha costruito, lentamente, durante un’intera stagione.

The grapes have spent the entire summer under the sun and wind, with each day bringing careful observation in the vineyard. Now, ripening is entering its final stage, and the wait for harvest is growing shorter.

Una terra disegnata dai filari.

A San Gervasio, nella pianura di Carlino, si estende una parte dei nostri vigneti, nel cuore della DOC Friuli Annia.

Qui la natura del terreno, prevalentemente argilloso e sabbioso, incontra un clima influenzato dalla vicinanza dell’Adriatico: estati ventilate, inverni più miti e condizioni che da sempre accompagnano la coltivazione della vite.

È da luoghi come questo che nasce il carattere dei nostri vini.
Un’identità profondamente legata alla terra che coltiviamo, vendemmia dopo vendemmia. 🌿🍇

A land shaped by rows of vines.

In San Gervasio, on the plains of Carlino, part of our vineyards stretches across the heart of the Friuli Annia DOC.

Here, predominantly clay and sandy soils meet a climate influenced by the nearby Adriatic Sea, with breezy summers, milder winters and conditions that have long favoured the cultivation of vines.

It is from places like this that the character of our wines is born.
An identity deeply rooted in the land we cultivate, harvest after harvest. 🌿🍇

Tra i filari, il Pinot Grigio continua lentamente il suo percorso di maturazione. I grappoli hanno preso colore e, giorno dopo giorno, ci avviciniamo a uno dei momenti più attesi dell’anno.

In vigna ogni dettaglio viene osservato, ogni cambiamento seguito con attenzione. Perché la vendemmia arriva solo quando l’uva è pronta a raccontare ciò che questa stagione le ha lasciato.
