In vigna è il momento dello spandimento dell’humus.
Dopo anni di lavoro attento, i nostri terreni stanno trovando il loro equilibrio. Quest’anno usiamo humus di lombrico per mantenere viva l’attività microbiologica del suolo.
Un terreno vivo “produce” ciò di cui le piante hanno bisogno, nel tempo. Per questo ci prendiamo cura della sostanza organica, più che della nutrizione diretta della pianta.
È il nostro modo di pensare, e di lavorare.
In the vineyard, it’s time to spread the humus.
After years of careful work, our soils are finding their balance. This year we use earthworm humus to keep the soil’s microbial life active.
A living soil “produces” what the plants need, over time. This is why we care for organic matter, rather than feeding the plant directly.
