The wines from our latest release were first introduced at during an unforgettable lunch experience with Chef , the youngest chef to lead a two-Michelin-star restaurant. Poured among friends, chefs, and longtime supporters, the debut captured what Borgo Bonelli represents: craftsmanship, connection, and a passion for artistry.

A new chapter begins in Tuscany.

Our move to Borgo Bonelli marks our first harvest for our winery, the reimagining of La Caccia di San Giovanni label, and a clear step toward our future in hospitality as we prepare to open Borgo Bonelli in Fall 2027. These wines reflect place, purpose, and the legacy we are building in Casole d’Elsa.

Wrapping up one of our favorite weeks of the year at The

Sharing Borgo Bonelli and La Caccia di San Giovanni wines in such an extraordinary setting always reminds us why this event holds a special place for us.

It was a true pleasure partnering with Chef , whose culinary creativity continues to impress. His thoughtful approach to cuisine and his distinction as the youngest Two-Star Michelin-awarded chef made every moment at the table feel inspired.

And yes, we have to talk about THAT smoked salmon cheesecake that deserves its own standing ovation.

Grateful for the friendships, the flavors, and the unforgettable memories. We’re already counting down to next year!

Introducing the new label for La Caccia, our icon wine from Tuscany.

“La Caccia” means the hunt, a tradition deeply rooted in this land for more than 1,100 years. Set in the hills of Casole d’Elsa, this historic estate was once a prized hunting ground, later divided into smaller parcels that shaped the landscape we know today.

As our vision grows and our hospitality project Borgo Bonelli opens in 2027, this evolution felt natural. La Caccia now becomes part of the Borgo Bonelli family, honoring the past while looking ahead.

The new label was beautifully brought to life by Michael McDermott, who hand-carved the striking scene of hounds in pursuit of the hare, inspired by centuries-old symbolism.

A wine shaped by place, history, and intention. This is La Caccia. 🍷
