Ciao, I’m Chicca! I’ve been teaching traditional Italian recipes from my kitchen in Bolgheri for over 20 years. Since 2020, I’ve hosted over 100 live Zoom classes for students all over the world, and now, I’d love to cook with you!

Join me, LIVE from Tuscany, for a FUN interactive class where we’ll make one of Italy’s most beloved pasta: gnocchi!

This is my family’s recipe. You only need two ingredients: flour and water (no potatoes!). It’s perfect for beginners or experts, and I’ll guide you step-by-step with my secret tips so you can cook with total confidence.

We’ll also prepare a fresh, tasty sweet pea sauce to pair with your handmade pasta. I promise it’s easy, fun, and absolutely delizioso! By the end, you’ll be savoring a real Italian meal, made by you.

When you join one of our trips, you’ll come to spend time with us at our farmhouse, tucked away right on the Bolgheri wine road. This is where the magic happens.

Chicca has been welcoming guests from all over the world into her kitchen for over 20 years, so she really knows how to make you feel like family the moment you walk in.

Beyond our in-person tours, she’s also spent the last six years running Chicca’s Cooking Club, teaching over 100 different live classes to a global community. We bring all that experience to our cooking sessions here.

There’s something so special about making fresh pasta together on our farmhouse terrace, surrounded by the Tuscan air, and then sitting down to enjoy the meal we've just made.

It’s a chance to learn from someone who truly lives and breathes Italian cooking, in the very place where it all started.

Today, we were in Livorno for the final event of the Interreg QM Export project.

Tuscan Food & Wine Tours is one of 35 small businesses selected from across France (Corsica, Var) and Italy (Liguria, Sardinia, Tuscany).

In Tuscany, seven of us received hands-on support to help us reach out to the French, Canadian, and American markets. This has been an invaluable support for us!

In September, we were at the Marseille Fair as guests of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for France in Marseille.

Then, through December, January, and February, we had some wonderful, productive meetings with the Italian Chambers of Commerce in Canada and Los Angeles.

These moments allowed us to make some truly lovely connections and opened new doors for us to share our beautiful region with those who truly value authenticity.

Today, we wanted to share our journey with everyone who made this Franco-Italian project possible.

Most importantly, we wanted to say a huge thank you to those who initiated it 🙏

Aujourd'hui, nous étions à Livorno pour l'événement final du projet Interreg QM Export où Tuscan Food & Wine Tours fait partie des 35 petites entreprises sélectionnées aussi bien en France (Corse, Var) qu'en Italie (Ligurie, Sardaigne, Toscane).

En Toscane, nous sommes sept à avoir profité d'un accompagnement pratique pour accéder aux marchés français, canadiens et américains. Une aide précieuse pour nous !

Nous étions à la Foire de Marseille en septembre, invités par la Chambre de Commerce Italienne pour la France de Marseille.

En décembre, janvier et février, nous avons fait des réunions très positives avec les Chambres de Commerce Italienne au Canada et à Los Angeles.

Des réunions qui nous ont permis de faire de belles rencontres et qui ont ouvert de nouvelles pistes pour faire connaitre notre belle région à tous les amoureux de l'authenticité.

Aujourd'hui, c'est ce que nous avons voulu dire à tous les acteurs de ce beau projet entre la France et l’Italie. Et surtout, nous avons voulu leur dire un grand merci 🙏

We love sharing our favorite spots along this stunning Etruscan Coast 🇮🇹

Long before this became a "Bar Agricolo," we had been coming here for years, the owners are some of our oldest friends in Castagneto Carducci ❤️

For us, it’s always a joy to show off these beautiful places and ensure our guests have the best experience possible.

During our Cooking Classes and our Food & Wine Trips, I love to take our guests for a little walk through my vegetable garden.

We often do it at dusk, when the air is soft and the garden lights begin to glow.

With tiny lights in hand, we wander among the vegetables, herbs, and flowers. I tell the stories of what grows here - the zucchini blossoms, the wild fennel, the tomatoes that taste like sunshine.

t’s a quiet, magical moment - one that makes the idea of “from garden to table” come beautifully to life.

These walks always leave a lasting memory… and they make dinner taste even better!

🇺🇸 Last week, we took part in the Ambitour Experience together with other tourism professionals.

The day began in the beautiful Castello Pasquini in Castiglioncello, continued with a delicious lunch at Casa di Terra in Bolgheri, and ended with a visit to the Archeo-Mining Park of Campiglia Marittima.

We explored the underground world of an old mine, hopped on the famous yellow train through the Lanzi-Temperino tunnel, and finished with a stunning view of the medieval village of Rocca San Silvestro.

A magical experience to enjoy with family! Here’s a glimpse of the train journey deep inside the mine during this Ambitour Experience.
