Un vigneto che fiorisce è un vigneto che respira.
Tra i nostri filari in questo periodo, c’è un’esplosione di colori: il giallo acceso della senape e il viola delicato della facelia. Non si tratta di semplice estetica, ma della pratica del sovescio: una delle nostre tecniche agronomiche per prenderci cura della terra.
Questo “concime verde” protegge il suolo dall’erosione, trattiene l’umidità e nutre la vite senza bisogno di chimica. Perché un vino autentico e di qualità può nascere solo da un terreno vivo, sano e rispettato. 🌼
