Al Santa Chiara Lab inauguriamo la mostra “Bottiglie d’Autore”, un omaggio a Giulio Gambelli, figura centrale nella storia dell’enologia italiana.
A seguire, la presentazione dell’Osservatorio DiVino 2026, la nuova ricerca dell’Università di Siena condotta su 754 imprese vitivinicole italiane, che analizza le performance ambientali, sociali ed economiche del settore.
Interverranno rappresentanti istituzionali e dei consorzi senesi.
La serata si concluderà con una degustazione libera con le aziende:�Bibbiano, Il Colle di Carli, Poggio Bonelli e San Felice.

Exciting news for Sangiovese lovers and all of us at Tenuta di Bibbiano!
Two new clones of Sangiovese Grosso, VDC2 and VDM1, have been officially approved — a major step forward for the future of this noble grape variety.

At Bibbiano, Sangiovese has shaped our identity for generations. These new clones offer improved resilience, adaptability, and precision, enabling us to express our unique terroir even more faithfully with each vintage.
