Until now, if you came to Podere Sottoilnoce, chances are we poured you a glass of wine.
Now, finally, you can stay a little longer.
Long enough to walk through the vineyards, taste in the cellar and discover what happens around the bottle. And then maybe step into one of the three rooms shaped by the same philosophy, the same attention to detail and the same idea of simplicity.
It took us a little longer than planned.
But the doors are now open.

Finora, chi arrivava a Podere Sottoilnoce finiva quasi sempre con un bicchiere in mano.
Adesso può fermarsi un po’ di più.
C’è tempo per le vigne e per sedersi a tavola e capire meglio tutto quello che sta intorno al vino.
E da oggi ci sono anche tre camere, pensate con la stessa idea che guida il resto: poche cose, scelte con cura, senza aggiungere quello che non serve.
Ci abbiamo messo più del previsto.
Molto più del previsto, a dire il vero.
Ma ci siamo.
