oraine placques, that originate from this area, travel through underground rivers that naturally maintain moisture and an ideal pH level of the soil: the beautiful slopes are exposed to the west but by the same token are shielded well by forested buffer strips, which creates an ideal microclimate for the vines and give the wine its fresh, elegant and natural bouquet. Our estate lies on an area of more than 22 hectars, which places us in an area that is one of the most highly ranked for producers of superior prosecco; this is of even greater significance if one considers that this area is one that usually only connects with native vines; some of them over sixty and as such we achieve the maximum integration between the vine and the earth: an unparalleled heritage throughout the district. Such levels of quality pushes us further towards our search of new goals; with this push in mind we have decided to take advantage of our unparalleled product availability and to use for our wines only the best grapes from our pre selected production; the remaining go to be sold to other producers, under the form of either raw grapes or as wines marked under other brands. This work is not only to the vines but also reaches our cellar, next to the vineyard, which was perfectly constructed and is one of the most advanced and efficient structures in the country: this way the transportation of our products only minimally disrupts the quality and freshness; it is going straight from the hand of nature to the wisest hands of man
The strive for ultimate quality is evident in the attention to detail: the cork, this precious filter between the wine and the outside world, is made solely from the highest quality grain and constructed via a process covered by sixteen international patents that insure the minimum level of TCA; our bottles are made only from heavy sand that allows maximum protection for the quality of its contents. However the quality of our products surpasses all others due to one thing;that is our desire to maintain the identity and character of our land, showing its growth and development with only the most natural methods, this is exemplified by the fact that a great wine can only emerge from a viticulture that respects the territory around it. And for this same motive, we design every product so that all the components that make it aim for the maximum preservation of the principles that we hold and the minimum impact on nature: packaging, labels and containers are all reduced but more importantly are derived exclusively from recycled and recyclable materials, designed to reduce our waste and the environmental impact whilst keeping intact the quality of our products; our logistical structure is thought out and rationalised so that we can manage volumes with the maximum efficiency, guaranteeing less waste in terms of time for our clients and to reduce harmful emissions we solely use means of transport with emission values from 3 euros to 5 euros and equipped with a device that improves combustion efficiency and decreases dust emissions further than the usual approved level. We promote sustainable innovation, we select yeast strains, lactic acid and photosynthetic bacteria as a means of stimulating the biodiversity of the soils preventing fungus formation; we also only use vegetational compost for the fertilization of the soil. We do all of this to maintain the quality of our products adding a flavour that we are certain you will enjoy: that of responsibility.
