Sono questi ingredienti a dar spirito e corpo all’inconfondibile finezza, alla complessità strutturale, alle armonie che il microclima e le terre – ricche di marne ed arenarie – dei Colli Orientali del Friuli infondono alla vite. Nei vini bianchi, in particolare, ma anche nei più robusti rossi che, attraverso un’attenta selezione delle uve e una sapiente vinificazione i Butussi imbottigliano in una ricca e prestigiosa gamma, dai sapori intensi e preziosi.

Durante la vendemmia, osservare il colore dei vinaccioli è uno dei modi per valutare il grado di maturazione dell’uva.

Con il procedere della maturazione, i semi passano generalmente dal verde al marrone, indicando un’evoluzione della maturità fenolica, fondamentale per la qualità e l’equilibrio del futuro vino. 🍷
