www.snidero.it We only offer wines with deep roots in the ground.

We have been making wine for three generations and we try to do it well, without shortcuts, without compromises and without frills. Honest wine, wine made in the vineyard with few sulphites, wine that calls for another glass and does not make you regret the following day. We are grateful to our land and we express our gratitude by thriving to sustainability for the generations that will follow us. Our cellars are powered by a large photovoltaic plant, wastes are kept to a minimum and all weeding procedures in our vineyards are executed mechanically without the use of herbicides or insecticides.

Finalmente!
Esce oggi la nostra linea Selezione: un Friulano affinato per un anno in rovere, dalla nostra vigna di 75 anni, ed un blend Merlot - Cabernet Franc affinato per due anni in rovere.
Entrambi con potenziale di invecchiamento ma deliziosi fin d'ora.

Out at last!
Our Selezione line is out today: a Friulano aged for 1 year in oak from our 75-year-old vineyard and a Merlot - Cabernet Franc blend aged for two years in oak.
Both have aging potential but are delicious right now.

È uscito il Riç!
Ci sono voluti 13 anni di Barrique per trasformare un semplice Friulano in un bianco complesso, dorato alla vista, profumato di cannella e frutta secca e ben bilanciato e lunghissimo in bocca, con aromi di vaniglia, caramello, miele e uva passita.
Disponibile in bottiglie da 0.5l e magnum da 1.5l.
Quantità limitatissima.

Riç is out!
It took 13 years of barrique to turn a humble Friulano into a complex white, golden in colour, with scents of chinnamon and dry fruites. In the mouth it is well balanced and very long, with aromas of vanilla, caramel, honey and sultanas.
It is available in 0.5 l and 1.5 Magnum bottles.
Very limited quantity available.

Primo giro di assaggi. Ma non doveva essere un anno difficile? Il Sauvignon è uscito con intensi aromi agrumati, e la Malvasia sta sviluppando un bouquet di glicine e sambuco raramente incontrati nel passato.

First round of tastings. Wasn't it supposed to be a difficult year? The Sauvignon has come out with intense citrous aromas and the Malvasia is developing a bouquet of wisteria and elder we rarely found in the past.
