Enjoy our tradition !! We invite you to an oil tasting. You will be plesantly surprised by the fresh olives elegant scent !!!!!
(1)

We are artisans and we produce our Extra -Virgin olive oil by squeezing Lake Garda's olives with the use of ancient stone mills and today supported by more modern system of processing. Both these methods carry-out a single cold-squeeze of the olives, thus allowing the olive oil to keep perfectly unadulterated all the precision organoleptic qualities that make it famous world-wide: its scent, colour, taste and its valuable vitamins. You will be plesantly surprised by the fresh olives elegant scent and the delicacy and balance of its taste.
