✂️🍇 The harvest has begun!

We waited for the perfect ripening moment and are very satisfied with the quality of the Dolcetto grapes!
Now we’re waiting a few days to proceed with the Barbera!


✂️🍇 La vendemmia è iniziata!

Abbiamo atteso il momento di perfetta maturazione e siamo molto soddisfatti della qualità ottenuta per l’uva Dolcetto!
Ora attendiamo alcuni giorni per poter procedere con la Barbera!

☀️🍇The harvest coming soon !

After months of hard work and attention to detail, the harvest is coming.
We’re currently control the ripening of the grapes by sampling each vineyard.
Everything is going well and promises to be an excellent year; the Dolcetto harvest is just around the corner... Stay tuned!


☀️🍇 La vendemmia si avvicina

Dopo mesi di duro lavoro e cura del dettaglio la vendemmia si avvicina.
In questi giorni ci stiamo dedicando a supervisionare la maturazione dell’uva tramite campionamenti in ogni vigneto.
Tutto procede al meglio e promette un’ottima annata; per il Dolcetto manca poco alla raccolta… Rimanete collegati!

☀️🍇 July in the vineyard

During July, the vegetation and grape continued to grow.
In the last few weeks we have dedicated ourselves to bunch selection, a time-consuming but essential process for lighten the vine and ensuring perfect grape ripening.


☀️🍇 Luglio in vigna

Durante il mese di luglio è continuata la crescita della vegetazione e dei grappoli.
Nelle ultime settimane ci siamo dedicati alla selezione dei grappoli, una pratica dispendiosa ma fondamentale per alleggerire la pianta e raggiungere una perfetta maturazione dell’uva.

In the last few weeks we have been taking care of the new shoots that are growing day by day.
It is a very important step to put the shoots in order and create an organized and healthy environment for the growth of the bunches!

Nelle ultime settimane ci stiamo prendendo cura dei nuovi germogli che giorno dopo giorno stanno crescendo.
È un passaggio molto importante per mettere i germogli in ordine e creare un ambiente ordinato e sano per la crescita dei grappoli!

✂️🍇 Last week we finished the 2024 harvest.
A vintage where attention to detail and consistency in the work in the vineyard together with the best exposures have made a big difference in the quality of the grapes; now the work moves to the cellar with the same dedication to producing quality wines!

✂️🍇 La scorsa settimana abbiamo concluso la vendemmia 2024.
Un annata in cui la cura del dettaglio e la costanza nel lavoro in vigna insieme alle migliori esposizioni hanno fatto una grande differenza sulla qualità dell’uva; adesso il lavoro si sposta in cantina con la stessa dedizione nel produrre vini di qualità!
