The final step of a journey that began years ago. 🍷

Bottling may look like the end of the process, but behind every bottle there are at least two years of work.

Seasons spent in the vineyard.
Harvesting by hand.
Fermentations.
Time in the cellar.
Waiting, tasting, observing.

And finally, bottling.

For this last and delicate step, we place the work of the past years in the hands of experienced professionals, ensuring that everything we have carefully nurtured from vineyard to cellar is ready for its final journey: to your table.

As one vintage prepares to leave Cascina Corte, another is already waiting outside.

Last night, during Tastaben, organised by Bottega del Vino Dogliani Docg and Osteria in Dogliani , we had the pleasure of welcoming two exceptional guests: Beniamino Zidarich and Matej Skerlj, outstanding winemakers from the Karst region, renowned for their remarkable Vitovska and Malvasia wines.

They are true men of the land—deeply connected to their territory and guided by a clear vision of what it means to craft exceptional natural wines. Their commitment to authenticity, respect for nature, and the unique character of their vineyards is truly inspiring.🍇

Even though our vineyards are rooted in different regions, we share the same values: passion, respect for the land, and the belief that great wine is born in the vineyard.🥂

During our visit to Oregon, we had the pleasure of sharing a wonderful evening with Doug and Melissa Tunnell, owners of Brick House Vineyards.🇺🇸🍷

This special dinner was made possible thanks to Casa Bruno, our long-standing importer in Oregon and a true supporter of organic wines and artisanal wineries.

Doug is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in the United States, producing what many consider to be among the finest biodynamic Pinot Noir wines in America.

Spending time with people who share the same respect for the land, sustainable farming and authentic winemaking is always inspiring.

Although our vineyards are separated by thousands of miles, we are united by the same values: passion, craftsmanship and a deep connection to nature.

We look forward to raising another glass together soon.

La forza della natura. ⚡🌳 Alessandro Barosi

La settimana scorsa un fulmine ha colpito questo ciliegio, che da oltre 50 anni cresce accanto ai nostri vigneti.

L’impatto è stato impressionante: il tronco è stato completamente squarciato, aperto come una banana, e schegge di legno sono state ritrovate a oltre 10 metri di distanza.

In pochi istanti, la natura ci ha ricordato tutta la sua potenza: capace di creare paesaggi straordinari, di regalare frutti meravigliosi... ma anche di sprigionare una forza incredibile.🍒🌿

We were delighted to welcome Ana María Barahona Albornoz and Ana María Cumsille Ubago from Chile to Cascina Corte.

Their visit was an opportunity to discover our vineyards, taste our wines, and had an authentic dinner surrounded by the flavors and traditions of Piedmont.

An evening of friendship, great wines, and shared passion. 🍷🇮🇹🇫🇷 Memory of a dinner with a group of French and Italian friends, united by a shared love for wine and by Vin Passion, the annual event held every January in Lyon.

Around the table, we shared stories, unforgettable bottles, and the joy of discovering wines from different regions, with our Cascina Corte wines proudly representing the Langhe among an exceptional selection.
