Anno dopo anno, si rinnova un rito che si tramanda nel tempo con qualche giorno d’anticipo: il calore di questa estate ha accelerato i tempi della natura, rendendo l'inizio della raccolta ad i primi giorni di Agosto, in un momento tanto raro quanto significativo.

Ogni grappolo racconta mesi di cura, attenzione e lavoro tra i filari. Un momento fondamentale, in cui esperienza e sensibilità guidano ogni scelta, dalla vigna alla cantina.

Per i Barisèi, la vendemmia non è soltanto raccolta: è il gesto che custodisce l'identità di ogni Franciacorta, trasformando il lavoro di un intero anno in una nuova storia da raccontare.

Year after year, a ritual passed down through generations is renewed, arriving a few days earlier this season: the heat of the summer has accelerated nature's rhythm, bringing the start of the harvest to the very first days of August, making this moment as rare as it is meaningful.
