Oggi celebriamo San Lorenzo, una ricorrenza che per il nostro territorio ha un significato speciale.
Durante il viaggio a bordo del Trenino della Mostra potrete ammirare da lontano la suggestiva Chiesetta di San Lorenzo, uno dei luoghi più antichi e affascinanti di Farra di Soligo.
Le sue origini risalgono al 1210 e, accanto alla sua storia secolare, custodisce anche un piccolo mistero: alla base del campanile si trova una pietra con incisioni ancora oggi indecifrate.
È una delle celebri “piere dei mat”, da cui nasce la leggenda che racconta l’ironica e leggendaria vena di follia degli abitanti di Farra.
Un luogo dove storia, tradizione e curiosità si incontrano, immerso nel paesaggio delle nostre colline. ✨

Today we celebrate San Lorenzo, a holiday that holds special significance for our region.
During your journey aboard the Trenino della Mostra, you can admire from afar the evocative Church of San Lorenzo, one of the oldest and most fascinating places in Farra di Soligo.
Its origins date back to 1210, and alongside its centuries-old history, it also holds a small mystery: at the base of the bell tower lies a stone with engravings that remain undeciphered to this day.
It is one of the famous “piere dei mat,” or “stones of the mad,” from which the legend that tells of the ironic and legendary streak of madness of the inhabitants of Farra was born.
