Produciamo vini IGT Bio nelle colline Pisane L’età dei vigneti va dai 50 anni dei vecchi impianti ai 10 anni dei nuovi.

I Giusti & Zanza Vigneti nasce dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia Cantina che, nelle Colline di Fauglia, produceva vino dagli inizi del XIX secolo. Il territorio fa parte della Toscana della Costa sulla riva sinistra dell’Arno e a Est della Costa Tirrenica, dove si risente del benefico influsso del mare. Il paesaggio è caratterizzato da dolci colline di origine alluvionale e da terreni leggeri

e particolarmente drenanti. Il clima Mediterraneo, unito all’intensa luminosità dei luoghi, assicura condizioni ideali per la viticoltura. La densità di piantagione dei vigneti varia , a seconda delle varietà coltivate, dai 9000 ai 10500 ceppi per ettaro. La produzione di uva arriva ad un massimo di 60 / 70 qli per ettaro con rese per ceppo molto basse. La conduzione agricola è organica/biodinamica e in vigna non viene fatto uso di concimazioni chimiche o diserbanti nè si ricorre a pratiche di irrigazione artificiale.
