Harvest at Il Palagio is a process of patience and care. Over ten days every autumn, the grapes are handpicked from the vineyards, each bunch gathered at the perfect moment of ripeness. Once collected, the grapes are gently pressed and the juice begins its transformation into our Il Palagio wine.
