Ciao Agosto 🔥 the heat is real! We’ll be chiuso per ferie from the 6th until 26th of August ☕️ send your orders in until tomorrow to be amongst the first to receive their coffee as soon as we come back ⛱️

Coffee’s most familiar aroma doesn’t exist until the beans are roasted 🔥
Before that, they’re green, with a scent that’s much closer to fresh grass than espresso.🌿
Roasting unlocks hundreds of aromatic compounds, creating the flavour and aroma we all recognize.
Those compounds don’t last forever, though…☕️

Every couple of weeks, the workshop starts the day a little differently 📅
Pallets of green coffee bags arrive from many countries around the world, filling the workshop with the beans that will soon become our blends and single origins coffees. 📦☕️
