Our grapes placed to dry as per our tradition on the (typical wooden cases) for Amarone production. Le nostre uve messe ad appassire sulle arele, graticci di legno e bambù, per la produzione dell’Amarone.

Harvest in progress.. started to place the grapes in our fruttaio, for the natural drying process. Abbiamo cominciato l’appassimento naturale delle uve nel nostro fruttaio.
