Enartis announces a new chapter in its leadership.

Alberto Cambieri has been appointed President and CEO, and Piermario Ticozzelli takes on the role of General Manager. Both already sit on the Boards of WINEGRID and Parsec Enologia, completing a unified governance across the three companies.

The new governance accompanies a phase of strong development for Enartis, supported by the recent acquisition of Parsec and the consolidated collaboration with Winegrid.

ENGINEERED & INTEGRATED WINEMAKING PROCESS - developed by Enartis with the specialist expertise of WINEGRID and Parsec Enologia - is a new way to govern winemaking: a system where data, interpretation and adaptive action are connected in one continuous flow.

EWP works alongside the winemaker in governing the process - making it readable, helping decisions land at the right moment.

The first application focuses on yeast nutrition during alcoholic fermentation, where the dynamic nature of the process becomes most visible.

Ready for harvest? We are! 🔜

Last week, we welcomed colleagues from across the Northern Hemisphere - Europe, USA, and China - to the Enartis Knowledge Center in our headquarters in Galliate (Italy) for the 2026 Pre-Harvest Meeting: a key annual moment to align teams, share expertise, and prepare for the upcoming vintage season.

Over the course of three days, technical and sales teams came together to discuss market trends, innovative solutions, and the best strategies to support winemakers in the challenges ahead.

This year’s meeting was also the perfect occasion to present ENGINEERED & INTEGRATED WINEMAKING PROCESS, a new way to approach winemaking developed by Enartis, WINEGRID, and Parsec Enologia.

As always, beyond meetings and presentations, the event was also a valuable opportunity to strengthen connections, exchange ideas, and share great moments together.

Non-Saccharomyces yeasts: applications and benefits in modern winemaking 🔬

In modern enology, non-Saccharomyces yeasts are no longer considered mere contaminants, but rather true strategic allies in the production of more balanced wines that meet the demands of today’s market.

In this video interview we explore the role of these microorganisms and their concrete benefits: from bioprotection during the prefermentative stages to natural acidification and aroma modulation during fermentation.

With Alessandro Magrin (Technical Winemaking Specialist ‪Enartis‬) and Francesco Invernizzi (‪infowine.com‬), we will see how Metschnikowia pulcherrima, Torulaspora delbrueckii and Lachancea thermotolerans can help reduce the use of sulphites, improve the organoleptic profile, and modulate the acidity of the final wine.
