C'è un momento dell'anno in cui tutto il lavoro svolto nei mesi precedenti inizia a prendere forma.
La stagione, fino a oggi, è stata caratterizzata da diverse ondate di calore. Eppure il Fiano della nostra tenuta di Stio, grazie all'altitudine, alle importanti escursioni termiche e al costante lavoro in vigneto, ha proseguito il suo percorso di maturazione in condizioni di equilibrio.
Ora inizia la fase più delicata. Le prossime settimane saranno decisive per definire il carattere della nuova annata e, a oggi, i presupposti per un'ottima raccolta ci sono tutti 🥂🐃

There is a time of year when all the work done in the previous months begins to take shape.
The season, to date, has been characterized by several heat waves. Yet the Fiano of our Stio estate, thanks to its altitude, significant temperature variations, and constant work in the vineyard, has continued its maturation process under balanced conditions.
Now the most delicate phase begins. The next few weeks will be decisive in defining the character of the new vintage and, as of today, the conditions for an excellent harvest are all there 🥂🐃
