We’ve finally finished harvest 2025💪
We had ups and downs, a very early start on the 26th of August, the earliest we ever had, good maturation and weather, until half September when we had tons of rain. We had some days when it rained 100 mm! We picked most of the whites until then, but the Ribolla suffered all that rain so we lost a part of it. The good side of the medal was that the reds were still in a good condition.
