Extra virgin, organic, hand picked and extracted in a private olive press within 48 hours from the time of the picking. All this and a lot more represents the Olive Oil produced by the agricultural estate Terre del Colto located in Chiantishire, Tuscany.

The olive trees at and have been very generous with us this year, sharing with us their precious fruits to make our and are peacefully resting now,gathering energy, for the next season. Today, as we are closing the chapter of 2024, the protagonist is our bountiful persimmon tree.🌳🧡🧡🧡🧡

Across various symbolic traditions, the tree embodies themes of longevity, prosperity, wisdom and renewal. It’s seasonal cycle, where the fruit ripens in the fall, represents transformation and the cycle of life.
