Amiamo queste giornate, l’atmosfera di montagna e le summer vibes al Birrificio 1816. E finché le nostre montagne ce lo permetteranno, continueremo a viverle insieme.
C’è ancora tempo per birre fresche, buon cibo e momenti da godersi a Livigno.

Andrea Rocca, fondatore di 1816, ha trasformato la sua passione per la birra in un’avventura nata a Livigno e cresciuta anno dopo anno.

E quel piccolo distintivo appuntato sulla sua giacca racconta una parte importante del suo percorso: la sua formazione e il suo legame con il mondo professionale della birra, fatto di tecnica, esperienza e continua ricerca.

Oggi Andrea continua a essere al centro di questa avventura, con la stessa curiosità e lo stesso desiderio di creare qualcosa di speciale.

Prima del luppolo, prima della fermentazione, c'è il malto.
In questa foto d'archivio Andrea è al lavoro durante una delle prime cotte del Birrificio, caricando a mano ogni sacco di malto. Un gesto che racconta la dedizione, la precisione e la passione che hanno dato vita a tutto ciò che 1816 è oggi.
Le attrezzature sono cambiate nel tempo, ma una cosa è rimasta la stessa: la voglia di creare birre artigianali fatte con cura, una cotta alla volta.
