(Italian 👇🏼) ART FOUNDATION | We are excited to welcome three exceptional artists for our upcoming Artist-in-Residence programme, dedicated to exploring the theme of textile art.

Slide 2: Dörte Bundt .bundt (Berlin) is a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of fine art, craft, and design.

Slide 3: Sophy Naess (New York) works across painting, weaving, writing, and print to explore themes of freedom and entanglement.

Slide 4: Beatrice Spadea .spadea (Milan) brings a dreamlike sensibility to her visual work, using the forest as both metaphor and muse.

We can not wait to see what will grow from this encounter between our land, their hands and creativity.

(English 👇🏼) Call per artisti focalizzati sull’arte tessile! 🧶💥

È finalmente aperta l’Open Call della Forci Art Foundation per la Residenza d'Artista 2025: i membri del Comitato Consultivo della fondazione, insieme alle fondatrici e curatrici Melanie e Nina van Ogtrop, selezioneranno tre artisti emergenti che soggiorneranno per oltre due mesi, compresi tra il 26 maggio e l’8 agosto, presso la Tenuta di Forci vicino a Lucca in Toscana (Italia).

L’intento delle curatrici per la residenza 2025 è di valorizzare artisti che lavorano principalmente con l’arte tessile, in relazione alla sostenibilità ambientale e alla connessione con laboratori artigianali locali che portano avanti le tradizioni del territorio.

Le opere realizzate durante la residenza saranno esposte in una mostra collettiva finale presso Tenuta di Forci!

C’è tempo fino al 2 febbraio per candidarsi!

Call for textile artists! 🧶💥

Forci Art Foundation's Call for the 2025 Artist Residency is finally open: members of the foundation's Advisory Board, together with founders and curators Melanie and Nina van Ogtrop, will select three emerging artists to reside for over two months, between 26 May and 8 August, at Tenuta di Forci near Lucca in Tuscany (Italy).

The intention of the curators for the 2025 residency is to promote artists who work mainly with textile art, in relation to environmental sustainability and the connection with local craft workshops that carry on the traditions of the territory.

The artworks realised during the residency will be presented in a final collective exhibition at Tenuta di Forci!

Hurry, the application window is only open until February 2!

Vini Migranti è un evento di due giorni di contaminazione e aggregazione. L'evento si tiene ogni anno a Firenze. Oltre 90 produttori di vino provenienti da tutto il mondo condivideranno i loro prodotti con il pubblico, creando ispirazione, pensieri, emozioni e storie.

Avremo il nostro stand (alla postazione 71) dove sarà possibile degustare e acquistare i nostri vini.

Vini Migranti is a two-day event of contamination and aggregation that takes place every year in Florence. More than 90 wine producers from all over the world will share their products with the public, creating inspiration, thoughts, emotions and stories.

We will have our own stand (at station 71) where our wines will be tasted and there will be the possibility of purchasing them.

(English 👇🏼) La bellezza di Forci è la nostra guida, è la fonte di energia per la costruzione del nostro progetto rigenerativo per dare nuova vita a questa tenuta storica. È una bellezza che porta benessere, che accoglie, nei suoi colori e nelle intense emozioni che suscita.

Non è un caso che sia proprio qui, su questa collina, che ha trovato casa anche il Associazione Progetto Scipione progetto Scipione: un'iniziativa pilota dedicata a giovani adulti con autismo a basso funzionamento, volta a creare per loro un cerchio rigenerativo di benessere, apprendimento e connessione.

Chiara Gamberale in Per dieci minuti, ci dice: “Fare ogni giorno qualcosa che non abbiamo mai fatto in vita nostra.” Ieri, questi preziosi minuti si sono svolti qui a Forci, dove i ragazzi del progetto Scipione hanno potuto connettersi profondamente con la natura, grazie a una sessione di meditazione e respirazione guidata da Michiel Van Ogtrop, immersi nello splendore dell’estate di San Martino.

The beauty of Forci is our guide, our source of energy in building a regenerative project to bring new life to this historic estate. It’s a beauty that brings well-being, welcoming all who experience its colors and deep emotions that it inspires.

It’s not a coincidence that this hill is also home to the progetto Scipione: a pilot initiative dedicated to young adults with low-functioning autism, created to surround them with a regenerative circle of well-being, learning, and connection.

As Chiara Gamberale says in "Per Dieci Minuti": “Every day, do something that you never done before in your life.” Yesterday, these precious minutes took place here at Forci, where the young adults of the progetto Scipione have connected deeply with nature with a meditation and breathing session led by Michiel Van Ogtrop, surrounded by the splendor of San Martino’s summer warmth.
