La nostra vendemmia turistica è iniziata. Vi aspettiamo in Tenuta dal 21 agosto al 18 ottobre! 🍇

Cominceremo con la “vestizione” e ci sposteremo poi nei vigneti per la raccolta. ☺️

Potrai partecipare alla tradizionale pigiatura con i piedi, un momento di festa e condivisione che piacerà ai grandi e soprattutto ai bambini! A seguire, l’aperitivo con il nostro “Oro Spumante” e il nostro rosato DOC “Vela Vento Vulcano”. 🥂

Dopo l’esperienza in vigna, ti aspetta un pranzo a tema presso il ristorante La Veduta, seguito da una visita in cantina per scoprire i segreti della fermentazione. ☀️

We’ll start by getting geared up before heading into the vineyards for the harvest. ☺️

You can take part in the traditional foot-stomping—a festive, shared experience that adults and—especially—children will love! Afterwards, enjoy an aperitif featuring our “Oro Spumante” and our “Vela Vento Vulcano” DOC rosé. 🥂

Following the vineyard experience, a themed lunch awaits you at La Veduta restaurant, followed by a cellar tour to discover the secrets of fermentation. ☀️

🍇 L’invaiatura è iniziata.

È la fase più affascinante del ciclo della vite perché si può notare visivamente la trasformazione dell’uva.

Gli acini iniziano a cambiare colore: le uve bianche assumono tonalità dorate, mentre quelle rosse si tingono di rosso, viola e blu intenso.

La maturazione sta iniziando.

Gli acini accumulano zuccheri, diminuisce l’acidità e si sviluppano aromi e sostanze che daranno personalità e carattere al vino.

Ogni giorno avvicina la vite al momento più atteso dell’anno, la vendemmia.

🍇 Veraison has begun.

It's the most fascinating phase of the vine's cycle because you can visually observe the transformation of the grapes.

The grapes begin to change color: the white grapes take on golden hues, while the red grapes turn red, purple, and intense blue.

Ripening is beginning.

The grapes accumulate sugars, acidity decreases, and aromas and substances develop that will give the wine its personality and character.

Every day brings the vine closer to the most anticipated moment of the year: the harvest.

🍷 Il racconto di una notte indimenticabile: il successo di Calici di Stelle 2026 🍇🌟Ieri sera la Tenuta Cavalier Pepe ha celebrato la notte più magica dell’estate insieme a tantissimi appassionati, amici e amanti del buon vivere.Il connubio tra la grande cucina del ristorante panoramico La Veduta, l’eleganza delle note dell’Ernesto Bolognini Jazz Quartet e l’eccellenza dei nostri vini ha creato un’atmosfera davvero unica.
