thanks to our 27 hectares of vineyards on rocky calcareous and clay soil at 170–300m above sea level, south-southwest exposure and 15km distance from the Mediterranean sea, we are able to produce the highest quality grapes. hand picked grapes are given temperature-controlled fermentation and slow maceration inside the fully underground gravity-flow cellar; then wines are left to mature in oak before being bottle aged.
