Continuè by Renzo Rebuli. 100% Glera from the steep hills of Valdobbiadene - but don’t call it Prosecco.
Renzo chooses to bottle it as a simple vino frizzante, naturally refermented in the bottle and left unfiltered on its lees. The old-school side of Glera we like most.

Go where the wine takes you.

Last year, a simple conversation in a vineyard brought us to Seui, a small mountain village in the heart of Sardinia. A few months later, together with local producers, musicians, cheesemakers and friends from all over Italy (and even some from New York) we came back to help bring a new festival to life.

This is why we travel, not just to discover a new bottle, but to become part of a place. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us and made “Pastoris and Bingiaderis” festival such an unforgettable experience.

As you might have understood by now, Alessandro has a deep connection to Sardinia. This small estate, , is located in the north of the island, Romangia area, and makes his favorite “Montrachet of Sardinia”.

The winery is run by two sisters - Li Sureddi in the local dialect - Alessia and Noemi, the fourth generation of their family to care for these old vines and the land around them. Their approach is simple: let the grapes speak for themselves, through spontaneous fermentations and farming without synthetic treatments.
