This was never just wine.
GRAWÜ has always been more than bottles and vintages. We built it around people, places, risk, curiosity and the freedom to work without trying to fit every wine into a fixed idea.
When I speak about winemaking itself, I speak from my own perspective: for me, wine has always been craft, but also expression — a way of translating altitude, season, material and intuition into something alive. That meant small lots, close work, long decisions, low-intervention winemaking and accepting that every vintage has its own voice.
Now this chapter is moving towards its end. Over the coming months, we will tell the GRAWÜ story one more time and release the wines that still belong to it — mature bottles, remembered vintages and the last physical pieces of this project.
And then there will be space for what comes next.
