Piccolo segreto: sul nostro sito la stessa suite costa dal 10 al 15% in meno rispetto ai grandi portali. Non è magia, è che non paghiamo la commissione — e preferiamo lasciarla a te. Vale per le ultime notti d'estate e vale per chi sta già pensando al 2027.

A small secret: on our own website the same suite costs 10 to 15% less than on the big portals. It's not magic — we simply don't pay the commission, and we'd rather leave it to you. Valid for the last nights of summer, and for anyone already thinking about 2027.

Tre suite. Una scogliera. Non è uno slogan, è l'inventario completo. Non abbiamo una hall, non abbiamo un ascensore, non abbiamo trenta camere uguali. Abbiamo tre stanze, un giardino sul mare e il tempo di ricordarci come ti chiami.

Three suites. One cliff. It's not a slogan, it's the full inventory. We have no lobby, no lift, no thirty identical rooms. We have three rooms, a garden above the sea, and the time to remember your name.

Se potessimo scegliere quando ve**re a Sorrento, sceglieremmo settembre. Mare ancora caldo, luce più morbida, e finalmente lo spazio per respirare. Settembre da noi è quasi tutto prenotato, ma il 3 e il 4 sono ancora liberi — e da inizio ottobre si riapre qualcosa.

If we could choose when to come to Sorrento, we'd choose September. The sea still warm, softer light, and finally room to breathe. September is almost fully booked here, but the 3rd and 4th are still open — and from early October a few dates free up again.

Programma della giornata: niente. Un lettino sul prato, il rumore delle cicale, l'idromassaggio quando fa troppo caldo e il mare aperto all'orizzonte. A Sorrento si può correre da un tour all'altro — oppure si può restare qui e non fare assolutamente nulla. Consigliamo la seconda. 🌿

Today's plan: nothing. A sunbed on the lawn, the sound of cicadas, the hot tub when it gets too warm, and the open sea on the horizon. In Sorrento you can rush from one tour to the next — or you can stay here and do absolutely nothing. We recommend the latter.

All'ultimo piano, con la luce che entra bassa la mattina e la finestra che dà sul verde. La mansarda è la suite che scelgono quelli che vogliono sparire per qualche giorno. Noi non facciamo domande: portiamo solo il caffè.

On the top floor, with low morning light and a window opening onto the green. The attic is the suite chosen by people who want to disappear for a few days. We don't ask questions: we just bring the coffee.

Dal 24 al 29 agosto abbiamo ancora una suite libera quasi tutte le notti. È la settimana che preferiamo: il mare è al suo massimo, i ristoranti tornano gestibili, e la sera serve già una camicia leggera. Chi viene in questi giorni di solito ci dice la stessa cosa — "dovevamo ve**re prima".

From 24 to 29 August we still have a suite free on almost every night. It's our favourite week: the sea is at its best, restaurants become manageable again, and in the evening you already want a light shirt. People who come in these days usually tell us the same thing — "we should have come sooner".

Letto king size, finestre che danno sul verde, il silenzio che a Sorrento in agosto vale più di una piscina. Chi sceglie questa suite di solito ci torna: dice che è la stanza in cui ha dormito meglio in tutto il viaggio. Non sappiamo se sia il materasso o il mare a duecento metri.

King size bed, windows opening onto the green, and the kind of silence that in Sorrento in August is worth more than a pool. People who choose this suite usually come back: they say it's the room where they slept best on the whole trip. We're not sure whether it's the mattress or the sea two hundred metres away.

The cane-roofed veranda, the wooden fence, the rose bushes, the majolica table and the bread basket. Nothing here was staged for the photo: this is simply how it is, every day. Three suites. One cliff. Happy Ferragosto from Villa Lorelei.

Ferragosto sta finendo, ma l'estate no. Il 23 agosto abbiamo ancora tutte e tre le suite disponibili, e qualche notte libera anche tra il 20 e il 22. Meno gente sulle strade, mare ancora caldo, prezzi che iniziano a respirare: la seconda metà di agosto è il segreto meglio custodito di Sorrento.

Ferragosto is ending, but summer isn't. On 23 August all three suites are still available, plus a few nights between the 20th and the 22nd. Fewer people on the roads, the sea still warm, prices starting to breathe: late August is Sorrento's best-kept secret.
