Once again this year, SIGEP WORLD is supporting the only day officially recognized by the European Parliament dedicated to artisanal gelato, organized by Artglace, in partnership with Acomag e Unione Italiana Food. Our goal? To spread more and more the culture of quality gelato worldwide!​

The star of the event will be the Jubilee-inspired “ ” flavor sponsored by the Department of Evangelization and MASAF (Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry).​

Annunciato il gusto dell’anno del Gelato Day, sarà dedicato al Giubileo e avrà il patrocinio del Vaticano. La ricetta dell’anno sarà stabilita da un concorso che si terrà al Sigep e il programma culminerà in una grande degustazione di beneficenza a San Pietro.
