2/3 grape must, 1/3 white Cognac, mix and lay to rest in a Cognac cask for 27 years: an easy recipe for a timeless bottle. We named this "Charlotte", you can call it your next Pineau des Charentes!

Selected in that paradise that is the cellar of Grosperrin in Saintes (once called "Mediolanum Santotum" it seems like destiny wanted to put it in the path of someone from the original "Mediolanum"), stole our heart from the first sip.

Red fruits, umami, a savory sweetness, old wood and leather notes that makes it the perfect companion of a cheese plate dominated by a nice Gorgonzola, but also perfect with a dessert or enjoyed on its own.
