Bottle of the Month: Solar Agnese | Cuvée Millesimato Brut ✨

Il nostro piccolo assaggio d’estate in un calice. Un blend di Glera e Riesling, dal colore giallo brillante, ricco di delicati aromi floreali, bollicine vivaci e un finale fresco e dinamico.

Questo mese abbiamo lasciato che fosse il vino a fare gli abbinamenti. Ogni slide segue una delle sue tre note di degustazione, così ciò che ritrovi nel calice si riflette anche nel piatto 👇

🌼 Fiori Bianchi: burrata fresca, fiori di zucca fritti, crostini alla ricotta
🍋 Acidità Brillante: risotto al limone, ceviche agli agrumi, fritto misto
🥒 Fresco e Croccante: carpaccio di melone, insalata di cetrioli, gamberi marinati
