We recently planted new vineyards with native grapes of Malbo Gentile and Festasio that will produce new wines in the next years. We organically produce: fresh fruit, concentrated fruit, fruit juice, cherry liquor, essential lavender oil and balsamic vinegar. Only

fruit of the best quality is used, homegrown in Podere Prasiano's uncontaminated habitat. It's freshly handpicked at the right period of ripening, carefully selected, cleaned and vacuum- cooked for just a few minutes, to maintain the natural colour and flavour and vitamins of the fruit. This concentrated fruit contains minimal amounts of added sugar, and has no artificial additives or preservatives.
