🍃 It’s almost here… harvest time in Italy ✈️ .

Early October marks our fifth olive harvest at Al Fianco — the first chapter in our olive oil’s journey. A journey still done the old-fashioned way: by hand, alongside the people who have mastered it for generations.

The result? Not just exceptional olive oil, but an unforgettable life experience. This year, we’re opening the grove to one team only.
📅 Three to four days.
👭 Up to six people.
🏡 You’ll stay in our holiday home nestled among the very trees you’ll be harvesting.

Wake with the sun, work side by side with local experts, share long lunches under the olive branches, visit the cooperative where olives become gold… and maybe end the day at the village bar.

It’s early mornings, tired hands, sore muscles — and moments you’ll carry forever.
