Pian delle Querci Pian delle Querci is a family concern managed by a very experienced vine-dresser: Vittorio Pinti. We do not use fertilizer but only organic manure.

We do not use herbicidals because we take out weeds from the ground many times. We treat the Vineyard with copper in chippings, diluted with water, lime and sulphur, according to ancient customs. We apply this philosophy of life also to what we eat at home, just wholesome products, as we believe to find how our animals are fed on our plate and our work in the Vineyard and in the cellar in our glas

s. No kind of leaven is used in the cellar, controlled fermentations are very long and made in stainless steel vats, then wine is put in 50 hectolitre Slavonia oak casks. Our wines are the outcome of what the earth, in this area, can give.
