Per Undici, il nostro Incrocio Manzoni, abbiamo scelto il Clayver: un contenitore in gres ceramico che accompagna il vino durante la vinificazione e l'affinamento, preservandone freschezza, precisione ed espressione aromatica.

L'invaiatura volge al termine. 🍇

Nei vigneti di Castiglion del Bosco, l'invaiatura è ormai quasi completata: il momento in cui gli acini cambiano gradualmente colore e iniziano la fase finale della maturazione.

Da qui in avanti, ogni giorno conta. Sole, temperature e un'attenta gestione del vigneto accompagneranno le uve verso l'equilibrio e il carattere che definiranno la prossima annata.
