I’m so excited to share my new project .co 🌿✨

As a sommelier and social anthropologist, I’ve spent 23 years studying people, culture, and wellbeing. Living in Tuscany, I’ve learned that while the w**e is certainly good, what’s even more remarkable is the Italian way of life and the simple rituals that shape longevity.

That inspired me to create an online course on Italian longevity, blending science with everyday Tuscan living. It’s not about rules or restriction, but pleasure, balance, and living well.
