Tying and trimming are entirely manual tasks, carried out with care for every single vine. The fruit-bearing shoots are gently gathered with biodegradable elastics, while the non-productive canes are removed with clean cuts, lightening the plant and restoring its balance.

Occhi attenti, mani esperte e gesti precisi.

La legatura e la cimatura sono un lavoro interamente manuale, fatto di cura per ogni singolo alberello. I capifrutti vengono raccolti con elastici biodegradabili, mentre i tralci senza grappoli vengono rimossi con tagli netti, per alleggerire la pianta.

𝑂𝑔𝑔𝑖 𝑠𝑎𝑙𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑎𝑚𝑜 𝑢𝑛 𝑔𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑜: un intellettuale vivace e visionario, un pioniere dell’enogastronomia e del mondo dell’enoturismo, ma soprattutto un grande amico.
