Sunny days are for Chardonnay ☀️🍇

Say ciao to IL Marzocco, a vibrant, fruit-forward wine from the hills of Cortona, vinified in a concrete egg and oak barrels 👏

Expect explosive notes of lime blossom, grapefruit, and pineapple notes with hints of honey and flint. Full and creamy palate with lemon, sage, and elderberry, finishing vibrant, mineral, and lightly woody.

This is our acetaia, where we age our balsamic vinegar in a traditional set of wooden casks, called batteria.
Each year, the vinegar becomes richer and more concentrated as it moves from one cask to the next, absorbing flavors from oak, chestnut, cherry, ash, and robinia.
A slow, natural process—shaped by the heat of summer, the cold of winter, and a lot of patience. 🍇
