No soundtrack.

Just harvest doing its thing.

Back to the cantina.

Once the grapes are picked, we don’t like to keep them waiting.

The baskets go straight from the vineyard to the cantina, where we aim to start processing them within 30 minutes to an hour of picking.

Fresh fruit. Less time sitting around. The quality we worked all year for, protected all the way in.

The picking may be done, but the story of this harvest definitely isn’t.

Over the next few days, we’ll take you a little deeper into Vendemmia 2026.

Picked. Loaded. Straight to the cantina.

During harvest, we try to get our grapes from the vine to processing within 30 minutes to an hour.

There’s really no time to waste.

These Sangiovese vines have been doing their part for 86 years.
For this vintage, their job is done.

Ours is just getting started.

The baskets start to fill.

One bunch becomes ten.
Ten become a basket.
And before long, there are red baskets all along the rows.

This is when harvest really finds its rhythm.

Everyone moving, picking, carrying.
Same vineyard, same goal, plenty of ground still to cover.

Little by little, the work of an entire season starts coming with us.

This little basket has travelled a long way.

Not in kilometres.
In seasons.

It started months ago in the vineyard, and today these Sangiovese grapes are finally coming home with us.

There have been a lot of days between then and now.
Some easy. Some definitely not.

But on a harvest day like this, with grapes like these in front of us, we remember just how lucky we are to call this our job.

From our hands to the next chapter.

One cut at a time.

After months of taking care of these vines, there’s something special about finally holding the fruit in our hands.

No rushing through this part.
Just the squadra, the vineyard and row after row waiting for us.

Today they’re grapes.
Their journey to becoming w**e starts here.

Day four.

Merlot is in.
Cabernet Franc is in.
Sangiovese… we’re coming for you.

Everyone has a job during harvest.

Some pick.
Some carry.
Some keep an eye on the grapes.

And apparently someone is responsible for bringing the w**e.

The quality is looking fantastic this year, the squadra is in good spirits and we’re very happy with what’s coming in.

Cin cin. Back to work.

Come for the w**e. Stay for days like these.

Unhurried breakfasts. Long afternoons by the pool. Evenings that end with a short stroll back to your suite.

We’ve always wanted Tenuta Golo to be somewhere you feel happy to linger. Hearing that our guests feel it too means everything.
