Just added, a 5-night workshop at Poggio Etrusco in Montepulciano: 20 October - 26 October 2025
Includes accommodation, all meals, classes and activities in morning and afternoon (visits to artisans and olive mill, visits to markets and local hilltowns such as Montepulciano, Pienza). Also includes local ground transportation from/to our nearby train station, halfway between Florence and Rome.

I was just reminded of this article from 2008 (photo from 1998). Not much has changed...well, Alaia is almost 27 years old.

Take one cookbook writer and one artist. Mix well. Add to the Tuscany countryside, and the result? A lovely bed-and-breakfast, and critically acclaimed culinary institute.
